Kurty has a new name "Max" to start his new life!
Max came to DRA as an emergency re-home, we are very fortunate to have had some Dachshund owners come forward to welcome him. Max is now living with a big sister Poppy to keep him company. She wasn't too keen on the new house guest at first, luckily he worked his charm and has a forever home.Max is living in an idyllic part of the world in the western district in Victoria. Gay and Gilbert have been very dedicated with their vet Mike getting his weight down. This gorgeous boy was a tad chunky when he came into his forever home.His former owner has received regular updates on him, she is thrilled he has the company of retired owners who adore him. Max loves car trips into town lovely walks around the local botanical gardens, life couldn't be better for Max!
