This is Ivar's story through the eyes of his new owner Marie.
Once a sweet boy, he came to me burdened with issues and reliant on medication. Despite originating from a beautiful home with caring owners, the bustling environment overwhelmed him as the family expanded. With each pitter patter of little feet his anxiety escalated altering his natural behaviour.
Determined to help him reclaim his joy. I am on a journey of patience and understanding. Through consistent care and attention coupled with gradual exposure to new experiences he began to thrive. Today I’m thrilled to share that he is no longer on medication. His transformation is evident of his interaction with other animals and visitors to our home shedding the need for a muzzle. Everyday with him is a testament to resilience and the power of love, as we navigate life together. He is not just a pet but a cherished companion and I’m grateful to have all the time in the world to dedicate to him. We embrace each beautiful day with open hearts and endless possibilities.
