Playful little Zara will melt your heart!

For those dachshund lovers who have a soft spot for the mini longs, Zara is the sweetest little girl who will be an absolute delight to bring into your family.

•  Zara is super friendly with people and has been raised with children.
• Another friendly little dachshund would be perfect for Zara to buddy up and do zoomies with.  However Zara is very confident and we think she could hold her own as an only dog, as long as her owners are active and willing to to engage with her playful demands.
• Going for walks is one of Zaras favourite past times.  She has lovely lead manners and will be a delight to take for social strolls.  She can be a tad barky towards other dogs as she is quite social and is keen to be introduced.
• Zara can be a little bit picky towards some of her food, only the very best will do for her.  Kangaroo jerky is her weakness when it comes to treats!
• Zara is crate trained and sleeps in her crate all night long.
• Zara is also toilet trained, however she has been mostly living outside so may need some guidance at first in her new home.

Please note:  Zara suffers from an eye condition called Iris Coloboma, which has minimal effect on her eyesight, however it causes a sensitivity to sunlight which will cause her to squint in sunlight.  A cool little sunhat, walking in shady areas or early morning late afternoon is essential for her to feel comfortable.
