Bonnie, an adorable little Dachshund with a heart as big as her curious spirit.  Bonnie quickly becomes a steadfast companion for the humans she loves. Whether it’s lounging by your side or joining you for daily walks to explore the neighbourhood, Bonnie thrives on human company, making her the perfect partner for those seeking a loyal, loving friend.

Bonnie’s ideal day includes a mix of exploration and relaxation. Our little girl appreciates a backyard where she can sunbake and run around in. Though she occasionally becomes vocal when encountering bigger dogs, she is well-suited to homes with a calm male sausage companion. Her love for a predictable routine helps keep her calm and happy, making a regular schedule essential for her peace of mind. With a background that includes a fur sibling, Bonnie can adjust well to new situations if provided with gentle guidance and reassurance and loads of patience to settle.

As a special consideration, Bonnie has a condition called dry eye, the application of ointment to the right eye and Cytopoint injections 3 times a year. It’s a routine she’s accustomed to, and with the loving assistance of her new family, she’ll continue to thrive. Although Bonnie hasn’t been tested with children, older kids, aged 12 and above, would likely be a good fit.
