We are so grateful to Dachshund Rescue Australia for bringing our beautiful little man into our lives.

When he first came to us, he was a little unsure of the world. Watching him come out of his shell has been so special. He has grown into a quirky, little bossy man with such a big personality, and we absolutely adore him.

He came to us as Jasper, but we decided on a little name change and he is now Schroeder — and he absolutely loves his new name! It suits his quirky little personality perfectly. ❤️

He has also become a great little brother to our other dachshund Schultz. Watching the two of them together and seeing Schroeder settle into our family has been such a joy.

He has become such a loved and important part of our family. We are so thankful to everyone who cared for him and helped him find his forever home.
