🐾💕 Meet Pippin – A Little Dachshund With a BIG Personality! 💕

Pippin is a beautiful dachshund with a huge heart and a personality that will absolutely steal yours. ❤️ When Pippin loves you, she loves you to her core – and she has so much love to give to the right person.

Pippin is looking for a very special forever home with someone who works from home and is around most of the time. Ideally. This is what she is currently accustomed to, and unfortunately, attempts to gradually increase her time alone have resulted in her separation anxiety.

💕 Pippin is a true snuggle dog! She loves nothing more than jumping up beside you, curling up on your lap on the couch and soaking up all the love and attention she can get. When she’s at home, she is generally very happy to enjoy the quiet life – playing with her toys, snuggling in her bed or finding her favourite spot on your lap.

She also has a wonderfully expressive personality. Pippin will often gently nudge you with her nose to let you know exactly what she wants – whether that’s some attention, a game of fetch, or to be let outside when the door is closed! 🥰

🐶 Pippin and other dogs:
Pippin has spent the last four years working on her behaviour around other dogs, and there has been significant improvement through consistent training and exposure. She will need someone who is willing to continue this work with her, at her own pace, using patience, understanding and positive experiences. Her new family will need to meet her where she is and support her as she continues to grow in confidence.

Pippin isn’t looking for someone who expects perfection – she’s looking for someone who will understand her, advocate for her and celebrate her progress. ❤️

🏡 Her ideal home:
• Someone who works from home and is around most of the time
• Someone who understands and can support her separation anxiety
• A patient, committed person willing to continue her training and positive exposure to other dogs
• Someone who wants a loving, affectionate companion who will happily be by their side
• A home where Pippin can be included as a much-loved member of the family
• And most importantly… someone who has plenty of room on the couch for a very devoted little lap dog! 🛋️💕
