Alena and Prince are sweet dachshunds who are seeking a new home together as their owners are permanently relocating overseas.

Ideal Home
Young retirees who are seeking indoor dachshunds to provide companionship and to share their adventures
A garden with space to play, sun-bake and explore.

No resident children under five.

The Positives
Alena and Prince are friendly, affectionate and have lovely dispositions
Both dachshunds are sociable with adults and supervised children.
They have been raised with two cats, one of whom Prince has a special relationship
Alena and Prince are well behaved, walk nicely on the lead and are not concerned by other dogs or people passing by.
House trained

The Challenges
Alena and Prince have few challenges but are as follows:
Alena barks if someone comes to the door and barks at the fence line, for example, when the postman passes by
Alena has mild separation anxiety
Neither dachshund has been tested with chickens, birds or small pets but the owner feels it is unlikely they would be compatible.
