Meet Billy – Your Loyal Little Shadow

Hi, I’m Billy, a gorgeous Mini Smooth Dachshund born on 23 October 2024. I weigh around 6 kg, and I’m fully vaccinated, desexed, crate trained and toilet trained. Now I’m searching for my perfect forever home.

I’m a sweet, affectionate little guy who absolutely loves being with my people. Because of that, I’d really love a home where someone is around for much of the day. Whether you’re a couple who spend plenty of time at home or a single person with flexible work arrangements, I’d happily become your loyal companion.

I’m currently living with young children, but they’re a little too rough for me. I’d much prefer a quieter household or one with older, respectful children who understand that sometimes I need my own space and who would enjoy taking me on plenty of walks.

I’m happiest when I’m the centre of your world, so I’m looking for a home without any other pets. When I’m out on walks, I can bark at other dogs or unfamiliar people, but that’s simply because I’m devoted to my humans and like keeping them all to myself.

I sleep happily in my crate, which is currently set up in the powder room, and I see it as my safe, cosy place. Of course, if you’d like to invite me onto the bed for cuddles, I certainly wouldn’t say no!

• No other dogs, cats or small animals.
• A family who will continue my training, enjoy daily walks and give me lots of love and reassurance.
