🐾 Meet Bruce & Coco – A Bonded Pair of Beautiful Dachshunds 🐾

Bruce and Coco are a deeply bonded pair of Dachshunds looking for their forever home together. They share a truly special connection and have rarely spent a night apart. Bruce is Coco’s anchor — he comforts and calms her, and they bring out the best in each other.

🐶 About Bruce

Bruce is a beautiful boy with an amazing temperament. He’s calm, affectionate, and adores being close to his humans — whether that’s snuggling on the lounge, curling up in bed, or simply being nearby. He’s happiest when he can be touching you or within arm’s reach.

Bruce has grown up around older children and shows incredible patience and tolerance. He’s highly obedient, listens well, and responds to commands with ease. He walks nicely on the lead and can also enjoy some time off-lead, returning when called.

He’s generally friendly with other dogs, though when Coco is with him, he can sometimes mirror her anxious reactions. For this reason, he does best avoiding unfamiliar dogs and busy dog parks. Once he knows another dog, he’s fine and relaxed.

Bruce is protective of his home and family, enjoys sunbaking, and spends much of his day calmly lounging about. He loves to play fetch (especially with his favourite ball!) and is very food-motivated — roo tendons are his absolute favourite treat.

Bruce may be carrying a little extra weight, mostly due to his enthusiasm for food and the occasional snack stolen from a child’s plate!

🐶 About Coco

Coco is a sweet-natured and gentle little girl who absolutely adores Bruce and looks to him for reassurance. She can be a little anxious in new environments or around unfamiliar people and dogs, but once she feels safe, her loving and affectionate personality shines through.

Coco loves to be close to her humans, enjoys gentle pats, and finds great comfort in routine and calm surroundings. She’s happiest when snuggled up next to Bruce or her favourite person. With patience, understanding, and plenty of love, Coco quickly builds trust and becomes a devoted little companion.

Bruce often helps her feel calm — he’ll groom her and stay close when she’s feeling unsure, which is why it’s so important that they remain together.

🐾 About Their Bond

Bruce and Coco are half-siblings (same parents, different litters) and have shared nearly every day of their lives together. Bruce gently looks after Coco — he grooms her daily and senses when she’s anxious, offering comfort and reassurance. For their emotional wellbeing, it’s important they remain together in their new home.
