Attention all homebodies who love cuddles, meet Dozer! Dozer is a strong dog with a heart full of love for everyone he meets. This sociable charmer loves cats, dogs, and humans alike, making him the perfect addition to an animal-loving household, although he is not keen on toddlers.

Despite his strength, Dozer would be ideally suited to older, fit individuals or couples who spend most of their time at home. He needs someone who is prepared to train him as he does suffer from anxiety. Once he gets to know you Dozer loves being in your company and relishes attention; his day isn’t complete without a multitude of cuddles, kisses, and even licking your face.

House training? No worries! Dozer is fully compatible with doggie doors, making house training and potty breaks a breeze.

Dozer’s food preferences make him a fantastic dining companion. He loves fresh mince, steak, chicken, and homemade meals filled with nutritious veggies. He’s not into canned dog food, but he does have room for half a piece of toast in the morning plus some cheese. He’ll also happily crunch on apples, bananas, and pears, especially if you’re having some. Dry kibble and plenty of water complete his diet.

Beyond his puppy phase, Dozer now enjoys the simpler pleasures of life, like carrying his favourite toys or soft teddies around the house, usually taking them to bed. When you’re away, he’ll happily spend time with a chewable like a pig’s ear and some television for a few hours.

Dozer doesn’t do well outside, especially in heavy rain or thunderstorms; he gets anxious and doesn’t like getting his feet wet. If needed, you might have to accompany him outside, but he’s gradually gaining the confidence to face the elements.

Overall, Dozer is a loyal and loving dog, just waiting for a home where he can contribute all his love to his new family.
