Frankie and Sammy, two Standard Dachshund brothers who are not just friends but are very bonded. This dynamic duo brings double the affection, fun, to any home lucky enough to have them.

Frankie and Sammy love to explore their backyard, always keeping a watchful eye on their surroundings. Their natural curiosity and protective nature make them excellent little yard patrols, alerting you with their chatty barks when someone comes to the door. Though initially vocal, they warm up to visitors fairly quickly, greeting friends and family with wagging tails and friendly sniffs.

They enjoy regular strolls around the neighborhood, and while it’s not about the distance covered, the adventure they experience during their “sniffaries” fills their hearts with joy. These walks are more about the outing itself, discovering new scents and exploring their surroundings. At the end of their fun-filled day, Frankie and Sammy sleep on their cozy beds inside, content and ready for a good night’s rest.

Frankie and Sammy are a part of the family. OK with children aged 8 and above, as they appreciate gentle and understanding interaction. They prefer having someone home most of the time, as being separated from their human companions for long stretches doesn’t suit their loyal and affectionate nature.

An experienced Dachshund owner would be ideal for these two, as they come with the delightful quirks and traits typical of the breed.
