Kozmo is an active pooch who loves to burn off his energy with a good run. He’s known to keep going for hours every day, showing insatiable enthusiasm. He enjoys the company of familiar faces, and while he admittedly tends to be anxious around strangers and other dogs, with the right companions and a stable environment, he’ll thrive beautifully.

When it comes to choosing his new family, Kozmo would be happiest in a calm and quiet home, with few guests and with people who are home most of the time. A family with no small children would be ideal for him. Given his nature, Kozmo could also do well with a bit of space to run and play, so a home on acreage would certainly play to his strengths.

At night, Kozmo is known to sleep close to his human or with his doggy buddy. He forms a strong attachment to his people and will guard them fiercely. Continued training that utilizes gentle, positive reinforcement methods would be beneficial for Kozmo’s transition into his new home.
