🐾💙 Meet Louie – The Ultimate Cuddle Buddy 💙🐾

Louie is a gorgeous Dachshund who absolutely adores being part of a family. He is a very loving, affectionate and easy-going little guy whose favourite place in the world is snuggled up beside his people on the couch. 🥰

Louie has grown up with children and absolutely adores his own kids. He has also previously lived happily with a cat and really enjoys the company of another Dachshund, so a friendly, well-matched canine companion would be a wonderful bonus for him.

Louie is generally a very low-maintenance boy and has been a dream for his family as renters. 🏡 He has never caused any issues and is settled and well behaved in the home.

One thing his new family will need to understand is that Louie can become overwhelmed when there are lots of children and playmates visiting at once. In these situations, he may react by barking, so he would be best suited to a quieter household with older children aged 10+ who understand that he sometimes needs a little space and calm.

Louie can happily be left for around 3–4 hours during the day, but he really does crave companionship and is happiest when he is with his family. He isn’t looking for a home where he will regularly be left alone all day. He simply wants to be included, loved and close to his people. ❤️
