Lulu is a beautiful 4-year-old Dachshund who is ready to find a loving forever home where she can truly be part of the family.

She has lived with children and a cat, so she is familiar with family life. Lulu loves companionship and wants to be included in the everyday things — whether that’s relaxing beside you, enjoying a cuddle on the couch or simply being close to her people. ❤️

Lulu would thrive in a home where someone is home most of the time, such as someone who works from home, and has the time and capacity to give her the attention, companionship and structure she needs. Her ideal person will understand the wonderful — and sometimes very typical! — Dachshund traits and appreciate that these little dogs can be affectionate, determined, clever and full of personality. 🌭

We feel Lulu would be best suited to a home without young children, where life is a little calmer and her family has plenty of time to dedicate to her. She would love someone who enjoys getting out and about and can provide her with regular walks, exercise and mental stimulation.

With the right introduction, Lulu may be happy living with another friendly Dachshund, particularly if they are well matched in personality.
