Maisie is a relaxed six-year-old Dachshund who is ready to begin a new chapter with a loving family of her own. She may be low to the ground, but she has a very big heart. ❤️

Maisie has spent her whole life with other dogs, including two large Labradoodles she adores, so canine companionship is familiar and reassuring to her. 🐕 Regular visits to the park have also given her plenty of experience with unfamiliar dogs and the busy world beyond home. In short, she is no stranger to a lively social calendar. 🐾

Maisie is also comfortable spending time on her own and stays settled when her family is away. When it is time to sleep, she is equally happy tucked into her crate or curled up on your bed—she is flexible, especially when comfort is involved. 🛏️

Maisie would thrive with a single person or couple without children who wants a loving, loyal and affectionate companion. One-on-one attention brings out her best, and she would be delighted to become the centre of someone’s world—ideally with a comfortable couch included. 🛋️

With people she knows and trusts, Maisie is deeply affectionate. Her favourite activities include cuddling, snuggling in bed, curling up beside her person for a movie and supervising whatever happens next. 🥰 She has an enormous amount of love to give and is happiest when she feels included, secure and close to her family. 🏡
