Pumpkin 1year old Smooth Red Miniature Dachshund

Introducing Pumpkin, a bouncy lively free spirited little girl. Pumpkin and life on the land with other animals are proving difficult.

Unfortunately, some livestock have got in her way. Pumpkin has just turn One. She has basic manners but could benefit of an experienced Dachshund owner to take her back to the beginning. She possesses all the well-known Dachshund characteristics i.e.: barks, chases birds, pulls on a lead, will bark at visitors, doesn’t like being on her own for too long.  But also, all the good stuff. Loves to snuggle at the end of the day. Will be an awesome companion dog. Pumpkin currently lives with another dog. They sleep outside together in their kennel.

Pumpkin would love a daily walk to sniff and explore. A human home the majority of the day. Perhaps a boy companion Dachshund so show her the ropes to being a good girl. A home that she can join in on the activities and be welcome to come inside occasionally.

Older teenage children ok. Kitty cats are untested. Definitely no chickens!

If you have time to commit to ongoing training and with routine and perseverance and understanding that it will take time to nurture a settled dog behaviour, this might be your little girl.
