🐾 Meet Whiskey & Thurston – A Bonded Pair Looking for Their Forever Home 🐾

Whiskey and Thurston are two very different miniature Dachshunds who perfectly complement each other. They share a special bond and are looking for a forever family willing to welcome them both into their home.

Whiskey is the ultimate cuddle bug. If you’re looking for a little shadow who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Whiskey is your boy. He has the sweetest nature, adores people, and is happiest curled up on your lap soaking up all the attention he can get. He’s gentle, affectionate, and easy-going, making him a wonderful companion. Whiskey gets along well with everyone and would likely fit into a home with respectful children and other pets. He’s a lovable, slightly dopey little character who will make you smile every day.

Thurston, on the other hand, is the clever one of the pair. He’s smart, alert, and enjoys having a job to do. He would love a home where he can enjoy daily walks, games of fetch, and plenty of mental stimulation. While he has an independent streak, once he’s had his exercise and is ready to relax, he transforms into a loving cuddle companion. Thurston hasn’t had much exposure to young children, so we feel he would be best suited to a home without young kids. He is not your dog park type of dog but happily makes friends with correct introductions.

Together, Whiskey and Thurston make a wonderful team. Whiskey brings the affection, while Thurston brings the adventure, giving their future family the best of both worlds. They are looking for a home that understands the Dachshund breed, can provide plenty of companionship, and will cherish the unique personalities they each bring.
